Programme Overview
Increasingly, many of us are called upon to train colleagues or run training sessions for partner organisations. Perhaps some people have a role in induction training, or maybe they are manager who needs to upskill their team to face a new challenge.

Whether training is a big part of your role, or just a small aspect of your job, our three days Train the Trainer training course will help your in-house trainers design and deliver effective training programmes. They will gain confidence in how to present information effectively with variety and flair and acquire the skills to deal with the dynamics of group learning. 

The course is highly practical and will introduce delegates to new techniques, enhance their communication skills and is designed to benefit employees that are being asked to design and/or deliver training in the workplace.

This Train the Trainer course is suitable for anyone who wishes to develop their training skills. You may run training sessions on behalf of your organisation, or be asked to share your knowledge in support of the professional development of colleagues at work. 
If you are an experienced trainer who would like to develop your skills further, some one-to-one coaching may be more suitable.

Methodology
To enhance learning effectiveness, hand on experience will be emphasised in this programme through role-plays in class presentation, group facilitation and class critique.
