Strategic thinking is a cognitive process for assimilating data, analysing complexity, and drawing sound conclusions about a situation, a desired future, and a plan for how best to proceed. It is a way of thinking that contributes to better business outcomes — especially in a complex, volatile and ever-changing environment.

Methodology
