How do you negotiate for the best results? Our training programme Effective Negotiating Skills and Techniques provides you with the essential negotiation knowledge and skills you need to negotiate effectively in business. 

Even when a deal is not optimal for all parties, a negotiator often still focuses on haggling over the price. But under financial constraints, even the most effective negotiator strives to achieve integral deals to meet everyone’s business needs, and deliver real value rather than just a good price. This approach builds effective business relationships and respect, and the key words are ‘needs’, ‘value’, and ‘relationship’, or in short NVR.
  
Who should attend
This programme is appropriate for business professionals from all backgrounds, industries, and countries who wish to improve their ability to negotiate. While previous negotiation experience is not necessary, proficiency in English is required. Participants should be able to converse fluently in dialogue with the instructor and other delegates.

Criteria for fairness
  • Dealing with irrational people and challenging relationships
  • Improving communication by listening and asking questions

Methodology
To enhance learning effectiveness, hand on experience will be emphasised in this programme through role-plays in class presentation, group facilitation and class critique.
Case studies, group discussions and video support will also be used to enhance learning experience. Fun quizzes will be injected to provide formative assessment and a fun learning environment.
